You citizens of UK and Scotland are innocent right now but if you don't start standing up and speaking out against this cowardly persecution of those who simply want to pray for, or talk to,  those who are considering abortion ( without coercion)  then you too are part of the problem and are going to be just as guilty as those who are doing the actual persecution if you do not speak out against it.

What happened

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) carried out attacks—artillery shelling, drone strikes, and ground incursions—in several neighbourhoods of El Fasher, especially Daraja Oula, which shelters many internally displaced persons from the Abu Shouk IDP camp. 

A drone strike on a mosque on 19 September killed at least 67 civilians. 

On 30 September, a community kitchen in Abu Shouk neighbourhood was shelled, reportedly killing 23 people.

Key concerns raised

These attacks are said to target civilian infrastructure deliberately, sparking fears the aim is forcible displacement, including from camps such as Abu Shouk. 

UN Human Rights Chief Volker Türk warned of imminent risk of "large-scale atrocities" if measures are not taken. 

Vulnerable groups—elderly, people with disabilities, chronically ill—are at particular risk, especially those unable to leave the city.
